Return & Exchange Policy
All Babylamp products are personalized and made to order. Because each item is hand-painted for a specific customer, **we do not offer cash refunds**.
**Exchanges**
You may request an **exchange within 7 days after delivery**. Contact us at support@babylamp.net with your order number and reason for the exchange.
For a **voluntary exchange** (change of mind, wrong color chosen, size preference, etc.), **all exchange-related shipping costs are the customer's responsibility** — both returning the original item and shipping the replacement.
**Wrong or defective items**
If your order arrives with the **wrong product** or the delivered product is **defective**, Babylamp will send a correct replacement product **without charging any additional shipping fee**. Simply email us at support@babylamp.net with a photo of the item within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange the replacement.
